I am proud to have the privilege for holding space for a learning community with the purpose to inspire new ways of working and to connect professionals to exchange knowledge and experiences within this field. Teal for teal Malmö is a local hub in a global network that has emerged since 2015 from the seminal book Reinventing Organizations, by Frederic Laloux. Teal organizations apply the principles of wholeness, evolutionary purpose and self-management. It is not a method or recipe but rather it’s encouraged that you find your way of working, adapting to the context. Examples of ways of working are holacracy, sociocracy and appreciative inquiry.
