The conversation, exploration and the relations are more important than the model. Teal for teal Malmö is a local hub in a global network that has emerged since 2015 from the seminal book Reinventing Organizations, by Frederic Laloux. Teal organizations apply one or more of the principles of wholeness, evolutionary purpose and self-management. It is not a method or recipe but rather it’s a mindset and encouraged that you find your way of working, adapting to your context. Examples of ways of working are Sociocracy 3.0, Holacracy, OPO, theory U and Appreciative inquiry. I am happy to hold space for this learning community with the purpose to connect practitioners to exchange experiences around leadership and organizations fit for today’s challenges and to inspire new ways of working.
