I am passionate about creating value and building capacity for the 21st century: to support leaders capabilities to tackle challenges and grasp opportunities in complexity and transformation. Purpose, people, progress! I have an integrative approach to culture, strategy and structures for execution:

  • Sensemaking: mindset and learning, how we understand context determines how we act and action provides opportunities for enhanced understanding
  • Enabling leadership: includes self-leadership as well as creating a supporting environment
  • Strategic agility: an agile organization needs an agile strategic co-creation
  • Organizing for adaptability: structures that support all above.

In several organizations I have led and coached cross-functional teams of change agents. I have worked with business development related to customer focus and service design (with NPS as a method and with lean) and digitalization. I have supported top managers with the strategy process and it’s execution in a number of organizations, such as E.ON, Acando, public transportation and other public agencies, OECD, MediaCom Digital.

Since 2017 I work in my consulting business Ambiwise helping leaders and their teams to unleash their potential for future prosperity. Ambiwise stands for longterm thinking combined with empowered execution. We work as a strategic partner to our clients to deliver excellence.
