In these organization the role of the leader is to be holding space, to be a sensor and a role model and a representative externally. What are the challenges and how do we deal with them?
Join us in this round table breakfast for leaders with Erwin van Waeleghem, police commissioner in the city of Leuwen, Belgium, where he applies teal principles. Erwin is also a steward of Teal for Teal International (a non-profit network for the reinvention of organizations).
We believe that today’s organizations are ready to take the step to the next level of organizational development, but still looking for how to do this in practice. We want to support leaders who take these step adopting a leadership for the 21st century.
