On Wednesday I gave a lightening talk on my learnings from working with customer experience and business development using Net Promoter System. It was the first ProductTank in Malmö, organized by Erik Starck and Martin Müntzing, and the theme of this meetup was Creating value from customer feedback. Gustav Jonsson and Marcus Norräng also gave lightening talks before we broke up in discussion groups. Many interesting perspectives on customer driven development was brought up: data-driven decisions, challenges with silos, analysis vs insight, experiments, visions and cross-functional teams. You should have been there!
